Skills Lab

This class is designed to get you into your body and centered with an understanding of safe body alignment for strengthening and stretching exercises. Dancers gain an understanding of their dance anatomy and learn the supportive exercises that enhance their ability to execute technique and other skills such as turns, jumps, leaps and basic floor acrobatics.
