This class is our closest class to a traditional ballet training flow. It is designed to get you into your body and centered with an understanding of safe body alignment for strengthening and stretching exercises to support choreography. Dancers gain an understanding of their dance anatomy through intermediate level classical technique. Students learn the supportive exercises that enhance their ability to execute technique and other skills such as turns, jumps, leaps and more.
